专利摘要:
Endless conveyor for bonding presses, has the belt made of an elastic material which is distensible in three dimensions, temp. resistant and coated with a temp. resistant adhesive repellent elastomeric material. Endless belt may be made of a polyester fabric which is coated with a silicone rubber whose resistance to temp. is rated continuously at approx. 180 degrees C. Rubber coating may be electrically and thermally conductive, may be coloured and translucent and provided with registering marks. Endless belt may be coated on both sides with the rubber and be air permeable. Conveyor may be used for registered attachment of pocket blanks to clothing articles.

专利说明:

The invention relates to an elastic conveyor belt for size processes, in particular for molding presses.
Economic Patent No. 00-56,749 describes a device for plastic forming parts of clothing having an elastic conveyor belt. The molded parts of clothes are applied outside the molding unit of this device, not the conveyor belt, enter the molding unit, being on the belt conveyor they are formed three-dimensionally and are simultaneously glued with the gasket, and behind the molding unit they are removed from the belt conveyor.
A disadvantage of the known conveyor belt is that during the formation and bonding, the adhesive enters the conveyor belt and adheres to it. Therefore, the parts must be removed manually “from the conveyor belt. The use of a stabilizer is not possible. In addition, | with prolonged loading, instead of elastic stretching, residual stretching occurs, causing the conveyor belt to deform.
Deformation and adhering glue significantly reduce the life of the conveyor belt.
In addition, from PE-O5 1 921 100, belt conveyors and Yu transport pockets of adhesive films for flat fixing and gluing of textile cut parts are known. These adhesive films consist mainly of teflonized fiberglass.
However, they are not suitable for three-dimensional molding and simultaneous bonding, since they are inelastic.
The purpose of the invention is the manufacture of 20 belt conveyor, in particular for molding processes with a long service life while using gluten.
The invention is based on task 25 to develop an elastic adhesive band 923872 nodding, heat-resistant belt conveyor with a very large form-repair ability for size and molding presses, used simultaneously as a membrane.
This goal is achieved in that the substrate material of the conveyor belt for size presses, in particular molding presses, consists of a highly elastic, in three sizes flat, heat-resistant material, which is also coated with heat-resistant, adhesive-repellent, elastomeric material.
As the substrate material, a highly elastic textile product of a flat shape made of heat-resistant textured silk is used,
This substrate is coated on one or both sides with siloxane rubber. In this case, the coating is selected in such a way that the entire conveyor belt is either breathable or airtight.
When using an airtight membrane as a counter-tool to a rigid molding tool, the use of either an air-permeable or an airtight conveyor belt does not matter. But when they refuse to use the membrane when using the well-known lip seal, then the conveyor belt takes on additional membrane tasks. In this case, it must be airtight.
Since the conveyor belt is mainly used for molding presses, the parts on it should be easily positioned. Therefore, one embodiment of the conveyor belt is translucent or translucent and color. In this way, marking points for overlapping parts are alternately located under the conveyor belt.
Convex and concave places located on the conveyor belt are transferred as prints to part of the garment during pressing. This has the advantage that the prints during the configuration show, for example, pockets of pockets or the like.
If the conveyor belt is to be used as additional heating, then heat or electrically conductive components are added to the siloxane rubber coating.
Example 1. As a substrate, circular knitwear is used, textured from polyester silk and fixed at 22 ° C, and as a coating material, a cold-hardening paste made of siloxane rubber with the following parameters; application temperature up to 180 ° С under continuous load; elongation at break above 1754.
The substrate is coated by applying by means of rollers, or by casting or spreading. In this case, the side turned to the formed part of the conveyor belt is made with a uniform, flat surface. This belt conveyor is airtight and is used as a membrane in connection with the known lip seal for pressure transmission during formation processes by means of compressed air.
I
Example 2. In another embodiment of the conveyor belt, 20-40% of aluminum powder is added to the siloxon rubber. Thus, the conveyor belt becomes heat-conducting.
